Are sills, frames and flyscreens included?
Yes, they are part of the job rather than extras. Screens come off, get cleaned and go back where they came from. Cleaning the glass and leaving the frames full of grit is why some window cleans do not last.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Surface mineral deposit, yes, and it comes off properly rather than being squeegeed over. Staining that has etched into the glass itself will improve but may not go, and we will tell you which one yours looks like before you book.
Do I need to be home?
Only for interior work, since we need to get inside. Exterior only jobs need yard access and an outdoor tap, and you can be at work.
How do you reach second storey windows?
A water fed pole, from the ground. Safer than ladders around paving and garden beds, and quicker across a whole house.

Do you do pool glass and balustrades?
Yes, along with shower screens. Mention them when you send your address so the price includes them.
Will the windows spot as they dry?
No. The water is filtered and deionised, so there are no minerals in it to leave marks. That is why exterior glass does not need squeegeeing afterwards.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Once or twice a year suits most Perth homes. Twice if you are coastal, under trees, or your reticulation sprays the glass. Sheltered homes can comfortably go longer.
