Most single storey homes
A standard three or four bedroom home almost always lands in this band. Larger footprints, steeper pitches and gutters that have not been touched in years can push above it, and we tell you before you commit.
Double storey
$350 to $450
Most double storey homes
Height changes the job. More setup, harness work, ladder moves and a lot more care. Double storey takes roughly twice as long as a single for the same length of gutter, and the price reflects that.

Most single storey homes land between $200 and $260. Most double storey homes land between $350 and $450. It comes down to gutter length, roof pitch and how long since the last clean, so a few sit outside those bands either way. Send your address and you get one set price for your actual roof, not a range.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our customers are at work. All we need is access to the areas we are cleaning, so an open driveway or an unlocked side gate. You get a text 30 minutes before we arrive and photos once we are done, so you can see the job from wherever you are.
Do you flush the downpipes?
Every downpipe gets checked and cleared for water flow before we leave. If we miss one, ring us and we come back free. Clearing the leaves off the top and leaving a blocked downpipe is the most common way a gutter clean gets done badly, so we made it the part we guarantee. If a downpipe will not clear from above it usually means a blocked underground line, which we tell you about on the day rather than leaving you to find out in the next storm.
What is the roof report?
A written rundown of what we found up there, sent with your photos. Cracked or slipped tiles, rusted gutter sections, broken ridge caps, anything that looks like it will leak. Most people have never seen their own roof up close. It comes with every gutter clean at no extra cost and there is no obligation to have us fix anything we find.
What if you break a tile?
We replace it at our cost. We also photograph any tiles that were already cracked or slipped when we arrived, so there is never a question about what happened on the day. Fully insured for work at height and public liability, and happy to send the certificate before we start.

How often should gutters be cleaned in Perth?
Once a year for most homes, ideally before winter so the gutters are clear when the rain arrives. Twice a year if you have gum trees or anything large hanging over the roof, because they drop year round.
Do you blow the debris off the roof or take it away?
We clear it, collect it and take it with us. On dry leaf we use a blower to move debris along the gutter run, then gather it up. Wet build up is cleared by hand and brush. It leaves with us either way, so nothing ends up in your garden, your pool or the neighbour's yard.
Does the price include the patio and extension gutters?
They are priced separately so you can choose. Most people do the house gutters on their own, because those are the ones that cause damage inside when they overflow. Patios and extensions are usually a smaller add on and we quote them at the same time, so you can see both numbers and decide.
Will you remind me next year?
If you want us to. Most Perth homes need it once a year before winter and it is easy to forget until water is coming over the edge. We send a text when yours is due and you tell us yes or no.
Can you do the solar panels while you are up there?
Yes, and it is the cheapest time to do it because we are already on site. Pure water fed pole cleaning at $5 to $10 a panel, with a check underneath for pigeons. Mention it when you send your address and we price both together, and 5% comes off the whole thing.
How long does it take?
A standard single storey gutter clean runs one to two hours. Double storey and larger homes take longer. We give you the expected window when you book.
Are you insured to work at height?
Yes, fully insured for work at height and public liability. Happy to send you the certificate before we start if you would like to see it.
What if my roof is too fragile to walk on?
We assess it before starting. If a roof is too brittle or steep to work safely, we tell you rather than risk damage, and there is nothing to pay. Some homes we can still do from ladders and edges.
What happens if it rains on the day?
We ring you and move the job to the next suitable day. No charge for a reschedule and no need to chase us.
Do you clean gutter guard or mesh?
Yes, though it takes longer because sections often need lifting to get underneath. Mention it when you send your address so the price accounts for it.
